  25. Jomez Pro’s Footage Of Elmore’s Ace Hits #3 On SportsCenter’s Top 10

Yesterday, Jomez Productions captured video of Sias Elmore’s bounce-in thumber ace at the Utah Open. Thumber aces are pretty rare, and thumber aces that bounce like that and find chains are even more exceptional. Jomez Pro’s video of the throw on has already racked up over 18,000 views since it was posted to YouTube last night and the production company’s Facebook post of the video has over 270 shares in less than 15 hours.

With all that attention, plus the great highlight — and the flight tracker! — it’s not surprising that ESPN’s SportsCenter took notice and the clip made it all the way to number three on their Top 10.

  26. Sias Elmore Thumber Ace At Utah Open

The Utah Open provided several aces during the course of the tournament, but none were more exciting than Sias Elmore’s overhand shot during the final round.

Elmore lined up a thumber on the 238-foot hole 14 to flex around a guardian tree in the fairway. Working it’s way from left to right, the disc took a short hop off the mound around the pin to bounce flatly into the basket chains.

  27. 390-Foot Ace Caught On Camera At Norwegian C-Tier

Round two footage of the PDGA C-Tier Oslo Tour Muselunden presented by Latitude 64 doesn’t take long to give viewers fireworks. You could say that Norwegian pro Fredrik Runsjø started his round with a bang, except for the fact that his throw might just be the quietest ace ever filmed.
